Payment date

Deposits are normally non-refundable and will only be returned if the conservation break is cancelled. If you cancel within 72 hours of departure we will ask you to pay the costs of transportation which we are not able to recover at short notice.

I confirm that I am physically fit enough to undertake the activities required, which may include activities such as walking relatively long distances, walking through deep vegetation, working on steep uneven ground in various weather conditions, lifting, digging, gardening type activities. This list is not exclusive.

The Lundy Field Society will process your details solely for the administration of the conservation break, this includes sharing your name, contact details and emergency contact details with the Lundy Company for arranging transport and to ensure they can respond appropriately in case of emergency.
